Apple, You Got Some 'Splainin To Do ...

I upgraded the operating system on my phone and computer both so I could graduate into the mythical Cloud. Not being super tech-y, I didn't automatically know all the coolness that was inherent in the upgrade.

And, boy was this a missed opportunity for Apple products.

Instead of follow up emails saying, "Hey, here's 10 cool things your phone can do now that it couldn't before," I received flat, obligatory messages that said things like: "your billing zip code is different" ... "your password has been changed."

Let's face it. Upgrades are usually a giant pain. Apple's follow up emails could've been the balm to my soul and left me feeling smarter, faster and ... connected-er ...
